How much does translation cost?
Rates of Translation depend on:
- The number of words to translate
- The source and target languages
- The time frame for delivery
- The technical level of the text
- The format of the source file
- The potential regularity or your translation needs
Conditions and methods of payment
- Payment is requested within 30 days after the date of the invoice.
- We recommend paying through international bank transfer
- Rates are offered in USD.
- If a check is your only means of payment, we require an extra charge of 50 USD for the processing of the check.
- If necessary, we can also accept payments via PayPal.

After reviewing your documents, we will provide a time and cost quote. We base our quotes on the source word count.
#2 TOR
If you accept the quote, we will send you a Terms of Reference (TOR) letter to sign. This lays out the price, time-line and other project details.
#3 Translation
We select our best translator for your project and begin work. We research the appropriate terminology and contact you if we have any questions.
#4 Editing & Formatting
Our expert editors review the translated documents for accuracy, appropriate style and ensure that the formatting matches the source text.
#5 Submission & Invoice
We submit the final files to you along with the project invoice, which is payable within 3 days of receiving the translation files.
#6 Review & Feedback
After you receive the translated work, you have a full 3 days to review and request any edits. We’re not done until you are 100% satisfied.
